Taking Lorenzen’s place is Tim Adleman. Another righty, he started four games for the Reds earlier this season and posted a 1-1 record with a 3.72 ERA. He went on the DL with a strained oblique in May and has been with Triple-A Louisville since being activated Aug. 2.
He is 3-1 with a 2.38 ERA in 10 starts for the Bats.
