Recruiting: Lakota West’s Xavier Peters names top 10 college choices

Xavier Peters, a four-star linebacker at Lakota West, has named his top 10 schools as summer begins.

There’s a heavy SEC flavor to the group, including Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia.

Peters also lists Cincinnati, USC, Texas, Oregon and Penn State.

“It kills me that I have to narrow down to 10 schools but that’s just part of this process,” he wrote in a message posted to Twitter. “I couldn’t have done it without the man above.”

Peters is the No. 250 prospect in the nation and No. 9 in Ohio in the 247sports composite rankings.
