Dayton beat Iowa in the first round. Dayton received the most votes (35,266) of any team in the round of 32, edging Wisconsin (34,930).

Dayton now faces BYU. Fans cast their vote for their favorite team on Twitter. As of Tuesday morning, with two days left in voting, Dayton was leading BYU with 59.1 percent of the vote.

Katlin Pistone, vice president of the Red Scare student section, wrote an email to local media on Tuesday asking them to get the word out about the contest.
