Luke Kennard will soon know what it feels like to be rich and famous, but a few days ago the former Franklin High School star was hanging out with a guy who already is.

Kennard played a pick-up game with actor and comedian Adam Sandler at Duke. Sandler was in Durham, N.C. for a performance and made his way to the Blue Devils’ campus to blow off some steam with fellow comedians David Spade, Nick Swardson and Rob Schneider before the show.

Kennard has already decided to forgo his final two years at Duke after leading the Blue Devils in scoring this season. The two-time Ohio Mr. Basketball is expected to be one of the top 20 players taken in the NBA Draft in June.
