This being the team's 50th season, the Bengals polled fans and local media to pick a squad of the team's top 50 retired players. The first seven -- Ken Anderson, Isaac Curtis, Ken Riley, Lemar Parrish, Louis Breeden, Mike Reid and Ross Browner -- will be honored at the regular-season opener, Sept. 10 against the Ravens at 1 p.m.

The first practice of training camp will be Friday at 3 p.m. on the fields just west of Paul Brown Stadium. Gates open at 2:30, and most of camp will be open to the public and free.
