Siri grounded out to lead off the game, then hit a sinking line drive that was caught in the second inning. He singled sharply with two outs in the fourth, but he didn’t stay at first for long as Shane Madirosian was thrown out at third to end the inning.
Siri was intentionally walked in the sixth, then grounded out to lead off the Dragons eighth. Dayton dropped an 8-7 decision to the Lugnuts.
Dayton and Lansing meet again Friday night in Lansing.
