The Reds announced Thursday morning that the team and right-handed pitcher Homer Bailey have agreed to terms on a six-year contract through the 2019 season with a mutual option for 2020.
Bailey’s arbitration was scheduled for later today.
Bailey has a 49-45 career record with a 4.25 ERA. Over the last three seasons he is 33-29 with a 3.79 ERA. He’s pitched no-hitters in each of the last two seasons.
