Aside from private or special events, the Drunken Waffle portion of the business will be operated solely inside of Toxic Brew Company starting officially Thursday, April 18.
“We are really trying to push lunch and carryout and late-night needs,” Sparks said. “It is going to be nice to have a regular spot.”
The eatery’s food will be available inside of Toxic, 431 E. Fifth St., from 11 a.m. to midnight Thursday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.
A service window and kitchen area have been set up for the business launched in spring of 2015 as a food truck.
The Twisted Taco portion of the business, launched last year, will still operate from the food truck during rallies, festivals and other occasions.

Drunken Waffle has partnered with Toxic since it opened. The business’ truck was set up outside of the brewery, and Sparks and her staff have used Toxic’s beer in some menu items.
“Their beer compliments our delicious waffles perfectly,” she said. “ Good people, people, good beer, a match made in heaven.”

Drunken Waffle/ Twisted Taco employs three people. Sparks expect to hire two more — one to work at the window and another to work in the food truck this summer.
Patrons have more options as well, including the choice of locally made bread instead of waffles for sandwiches.
