74, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at the James Cancer Hospital. He was born September 23, 1946, in Floyd County, KY, the son of the late James and Pricie

Mullins. James is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty P. Mullins; children, Linda (Philip) Waskom, Patricia (Wayne)

Sexton, James (Janice) Mullins, Jr., Mark Mullins and Angel (Charlie) Anthony; second mother, Della Hall; sister, Vanessa Mullins; step-brothers; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and

extended family. He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Michele; 3 brothers; 2 sisters. The funeral to honor James will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 1:00 PM with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM at Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
