Everett was a devoted Man of God. A perfectionist in every aspect of his life. A very talented craftsman, especially woodworking. He loved motorcycling, going on cruises, and history. He especially loved to spend time with his family. He was a life-long learner, leader and mentor to many, and according to one "A Walking Encyclopedia." He took life seriously, but a prankster at heart; an avid sports fan and season ticket holder of the Indianapolis Colts. No matter where Everett was, he never met a stranger.
Chief Warrant Officer Four (USA Retired) Everett C. Evans, Sr. was laid to rest August 7, 2024 at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio.
