These 11 people were indicted last week in Clark County

A Springfield man accused of overdosing four times since March 2016 was indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week.

James B. Wicks, 59, was indicted on counts of possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs

Wicks was one of 11 people indicted last week in Clark County.

Those indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court were:

James B. Wicks, 59: possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs

Derek A Borden, 29, 2217 Columbus Ave. in Springfield: possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs

Darlene Putty, 41, 627 S. Burgess Ave. in Columbus: two counts of forgery

William Green, 34, 216 S. Plum St. in Springfield: receiving stolen property

Andrew Peters, 35, 2945 Ashlar Rd. in Springfield: Two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Stacy Strodes, 50: Two counts of violating protection order.

Aalesha Clarkston, 31: carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle

Laquan Jennings, 35: failure to comply with order or signal of police officer

Kendall Baccus, 44, 416 E. Euclid Ave. in Springfield: passing bad checks

Timmie Wells, 44, 403 Montgomery Ave. in Springfield: possession of cocaine

Michael Johnson, 29, 924 W. Pleasant St. in Springfield: carry concealed weapon
