These 16 people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week. Indictments include:

Ian Sparks-Arnold, 28, of Dayton: failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Robert Boulware-Faison III, 29, of Springfield: illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Joshua Wilt, 37, of South Vienna: breaking and entering.

Thomas Benner, 33, of Springfield: carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Robert Smith Jr., 35, of Springfield: having weapons under disability, carrying concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, having weapons under disability.

Jessica Kiblinger, 44, of Springfield: operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
