I keep getting email about what John Kasich’s next political moves might be. This from reader Jack Ball:
“Kasich’s next step is to maintain his spot as Governor of Ohio over the next few years. After that, mount one more presidential campaign. He has the makings — and after the dominating performance Hillary will have over Trump, it is fair to say Kasich does not want to get attached to Trump. If Gov. Kasich does not have aspirations to run again in four years, he would put himself on the ticket.
“But, being on the Trump ticket is like political suicide. Hence why people such as Sen. Rubio, Sen. Cruz, and Gov. Walker are not attaching themselves.”
This just gets more and more interesting. One presumes the governor would wait to see how the next couple of years turn out before making too many hard decisions, yes? Anyway, stay tuned.
