Voter registration forms are available at MyOhioVote.com. You can also get them at your county board of elections office.
Voters who need to update their address also have until Oct. 11 and can use the Online Change of Address System available at MyOhioVote.com.
If you have not voted in an election in several years, you should check to make sure you are registered and re-register if needed by Tuesday.
WHEN CAN YOU VOTE EARLY?
You can start voting early on Oct. 12 at your county board of elections. Here are the early voting hours statewide:
October 12 - 14: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
October 17 - 21: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
October 24 - 28: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
October 29: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
October 30 : 1 p.m.- 5 p.m.
October 31 - Nov. 4: 8 a.m.- 7 p.m.
November 5: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
November 6: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
November 7: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
WHAT IS ON THE BALLOT?
Voters will decide on races for president, U.S. Senate, Congress, Ohio Supreme Court, state House and Senate, county and some judge races. There are also issues on the ballot including city income taxes and school levies.
