Persinger was taken by Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
Investigators said Persinger was not wearing a seat belt, and the crash remains under investigation.
A man is in critical condition at Miami Valley Hospital after he was ejected in a crash on State Route 55 in Mad River Township late Sunday night.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said that Stephen A. Persinger was driving eastbound when he lost control of his car. They said the vehicle went off the left side of the road, struck a ditch, and ejected the driver.
