CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Burglar breaks into business, does celebration dance

A man who illegally accessed a Fresno, Calif. business was caught on camera doing a celebration dance.

The man, identified as David Seale, used a set of keys to enter the building several times, according to CNN. The first time he entered the business, he was caught on camera doing his celebration dance.

Seale was arrested and was found to have a laptop from the business and several keys in his possession.
