The female driver of the Civic was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to Miami Valley Hospital by medical helicopter around noon.
The driver of the Jeep did not have any serious injuries.
Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Newt Oliver said the crash remains under investigation.
The condition of the female driver was unavailable.
Traffic on U.S. 68 was stopped both directions while the scene was cleaned up.
