Two roads in Clark County closed due to high water

Sections of two roads in Clark County will remain closed to through traffic until Thursday, according to a release from the Clark County Engineer’s office.

Spangler Road between Interstate 675 and Lower Valley Pike in Mad River Twp., and the section of Union Road between Spangler Road and Lower Valley Pike in Bethel Twp. were closed due the high water.
