The bank, with the additional retail space, is a first for NCF Savings Bank and is aimed at re-imaging the local banking experience. The development will give both NCF Savings Bank and Winans the opportunity to attract more customers and continue to provide service to the people and community of Springfield, according to a statement from NCF Savings Bank.
Travis Van Voorhis and Chandi Shah (Van Shah LLC) will be the franchisees of the Winans. This is their second Winans location in Springfield, their current is located at North Fountain Avenue downtown.
NCF Savings Bank, formally New Carlisle Federal Savings Bank, has three locations — one in New Carlisle, one in Tipp City and another at 833 Villa Rd. in Springfield.

NCF Savings Bank announced they would be moving into the North Limestone Street location in January of this year. Construction has already begun on the property.
