As we go into the evening hours, the chance of rain will drop some, but rise again starting at midnight. Overnight lows will drop to around 47 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
For Thursday, showers are likely, but it will otherwise be cloudy with a high near 52 degrees. The chances of more rain will gradually lessen overnight, but won’t disappear going into Friday. Overnight lows will reach 44 degrees.
On Friday, we will continue to see a chance of showers, but otherwise we will have partly sunny skies with a high near 60 degrees. By Friday night, NWS predicts that the rain will stop, for a night of partly cloudy skies and a low of around 47 degrees.
Weekend temperatures could top 70 degrees.
