Power restored in Tremont

Electric service has been restored to about 85 Tremont City customers in the downtown area following a brief power outage Friday afternoon.

Crews found a bird in a power line near there, said Tim Suter, spokesperson for Ohio Edison. The outage affected customers between Owners Drive and North Street, he said.
