The Planters NUTmobile, Mr. Peanut’s main ride, was spotted parked on Jackson Street in the Oregon District.

It was not immediately clear why the 26-foot long fiberglass peanut on wheels was in the neighborhood.

The NUTmobile was spotted that afternoon in the parking lot of Town & Country Shopping Center in Kettering.
The vehicles feature smart technology, GPS
navigational systems, and a customized interior.
The NUTmobile last visited the Dayton area in 2018.

The first plat of what would be known as the Oregon District was recorded on July 8, 1829.
The neighborhood was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
