Several law enforcement agencies will participate in the checkpoint, said Lt. Matt Cleaveland, commander of the Springfield patrol post, including police from Springfield and Enon, county sheriff’s deputies, troopers and some medical personnel.
“There were 415 OVI-related fatal crashes in which 462 people were killed last year in Ohio,” Cleaveland said in a news release.
