Young's Jersey Dairy food truck Young's On the Moove coming soon

Young's Jersey Dairy will introduce its food truck this summer, perhaps as early as July, owner Dan Young said.

The new mobile unit will be called “Young’s On The Moove.”

“That’s our bad cow joke,” Young said.

Young’s, located on U.S. 68 in Clark County north of Yellow Springs, has had multiple requests for a mobile food operation, especially during the summer and fall festival season, its owner said. And the mobile unit also will help ease the crunch at the dairy itself on busy weekends and special events.

The food truck’s menu will include Panini-grilled cheese sandwiches, using Young’s farmstead cheeses, with a rotating selection of add-ons such as pepperoni, salami, pulled pork, pickles, ham, beef, pork, chicken, and hot and mild peppers. The menu also will feature Young’s deep-fried cheese curds – original, buffalo, and sweet chili style —and Young’s Homemade Ice Cream.
