The following Miami Valley communities received grants:
- Champaign County will partner with Urbana to receive a $700,000 grant to rehabilitate nine owner-occupied homes, repair 16 owner-occupied homes, partner with Habitat for Humanity to build two homes and include a fair housing component.
- Sidney will partner with Shelby County to receive a $750,000 grant to rehabilitate seven owner-occupied homes, repair 16 owner-occupied homes, provide rental assistance to 40 households and include a fair housing component.
- Darke County will partner with Greenville to receive a $700,000 grant to rehabilitate 10 owner-occupied homes, repair 13 owner-occupied homes and include a fair housing component.
- Greene County will partner with Xenia to receive a $400,000 grant to rehabilitate eight owner-occupied homes, repair 13 owner-occupied homes and include a fair housing component.
