Clark County Amateur Radio Emergency Service and Clark County Emergency Management Agency will host a free severe weather-spotter training program presented by the Wilmington National Weather Service at 6:30 p.m. March 7 in Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main St.
