Local libraries are hosting a countywide summer reading event from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Cedar Bog Nature Preserve. Dream Big at the Bog, an evening nature walk, is free to residents of Champaign County. Tours will run rain or shine and space is limited, although walk-ins are welcome. Residents can reserve a place by calling (937) 484-3744 or sending an email to cedarbog@ctcn.net. Residents are asked to dress for the weather and prepare to spend time outdoors. The short, guided tours will draw attention to nature and other activities are planned as well.
