Clinic adds new veterinarian
The Urbana Veterinary Clinic, 985 Norwood Ave., is adding a new veterinarian and will expand services.
More appointment times will be available, according to information from the business.
Kari McManus, a recent graduate of the Colorado State University of Professional Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, will soon begin seeing patients at the clinic.
McManus will begin her practice with small animal care. Late this summer she will become the first veterinarian in the area to offer veterinary medical acupuncture.
Late this summer the clinic will also offer care to large animals, such as horses, goats and sheep, that are transported to the clinic by their owners. For more information, residents can call (937) 653-7326 or visit www.urbanavc.com. STAFF REPORT
