Fire causes extensive damage to vacant Springfield duplex

A fire on Tuesday evening caused extensive damage to a vacant duplex.

The house fire was reported at 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of Kinsman Avenue in Springfield.

The cause of the fire is unknown, but neither side of the dwelling was occupied.
