Meet Casper. She is an approximately 2 ½-year-old female black cat looking for love. She is very sweet and has been vaccinated, dewormed, tested for FIV and FELV, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $30. She is located at The Humane Society Serving Clark County, Inc., 5201 Urbana Road in Springfield.
