David R. Hess, 59, of Heath, two counts of OVI, failure to control and open container in a motor vehicle, innocent

Daivontay J. Hudson, 24, undetermined address, two domestic violence, assault and aggravated menacing, innocent, bond $12,500.

Jacob Lee Johnson, 34, of 1157 Driscoll Ave., driving under OVI suspension, speed, operating a motor vehicle without seat belt and DUI, innocent, bond $3,000.

Chad Myers, 18, of Urbana, two counts of material harmful to a juvenile, guilty.
