Casper is a 1 to 2-year-old male. We’re not sure what breeds are in his past. He is a medium-sized dog at 35 pounds. Casper was surrendered to us by his owner (an elderly woman who could no longer care for him). Casper is a happy, playful dog who is a little timid around strangers. He has been neutered and is up to date on vaccinations (including rabies) and has tested negative for heartworm.
