She is described as being 5-foot-4 and weighing approximately 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Daugherty lives on the east side of town, however police believe she voluntarily ran away and evidence collected by the department suggests the incident was planned, according to police.
The teen may be with a boyfriend in the Springfield area.
