Basking in the sun today? A few years ago today it was -8 degrees

Don’t take this warm weather for granted.

Today’s weather is a high of 73 degrees, with a low of 60 degrees. The record for the day is 69 degrees, set back in 2016. Expect wind gusts through the day between 20 to 30 mph, according to Storm Center 7 meteorologist Kirstie Zontini.

The temperature reached 70 at Dayton International Airport around 11:30 a.m. and could rise into the afternoon. Storm Center 7 Meteorologists are forecasting temperatures to peak in the low 70s.
