Best thing about your favorite sport: The adrenaline after the starting beep, the sense of inner peace I feel when I'm under water and the daily routine of continuously bettering myself, learning discipline, accountability and selflessness. I love that I am a part of something bigger than myself and that is what motivates me to be the best that I can be so that the team is ultimately benefiting. And I love that the team is a family, I have made my very best friends while suffering through hard sets, swimming through meets and accomplishing our goals together each season.
