“Attaching the rental car area to the garage is a strategic customer service-focused move,” said Terry Slaybaugh, director of the Dayton International Airport. “It’s a user-friendly and efficient experience that we’re moving the whole terminal toward, as well as a beautiful working environment for the employees, several of whom have been here for over 25 years.”

There’s also a new Friends and Family Assistance Center for meetings related to airport planning and a private meeting space for families during elevated situations.
