Springfield police say jewelry, money, and business keys were taken during a robbery at Kay Jewelers on Wednesday evening.
Estimated values of those items were not disclosed in a police report.
The report says officers were dispatched to the business at 1654 Bechtle Ave. around 9 p.m. Store employees told officers that four masked men wearing dark clothing came in through the front door displaying a handgun.
All four of the suspects were wearing either black or camouflage face masks, according to the report.
Molding to the jewelry case was also broken in the robbery.
The report says all four of the men ran from the business on foot, but it wasn’t clear which direction.
Springfield police said they will be reviewing surveillance video from the robbery.
