Wayne Roth, 48, and Amanda Roth, 37, both were indicted on a charge of complicity to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Prosecutors alleged they knew about the relationship.

Police began their investigation while conducting a search warrant for an alleged assault at a Clark County home on March 8.

While on scene, officers saw the teen holding an infant, but the police report says she couldn’t tell officers who the father was. Officers later found evidence of an alleged sexual relationship between Aldridge and the victim, according to the report.

She later admitted to detectives that she and Aldridge allegedly began a sexual relationship in February 2015 and believes he’s the father of her baby, according to the police report. The victim was 14 at the time the alleged relationship began, according to the police report.
