Springfield Police Division detectives began investigating Larson after they were called April 11 to Springfield Medical Center.
Scientists from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation also assisted in the case by analyzing DNA evidence that “further proved Larson’s guilt,” Driscoll stated.
Larson also is labeled a Tier III sexual offender, meaning that once he is released he will have to register his address with his local sheriff’s office every 90 days for life.
