Labor Day storms knock out power to hundreds in Miami Valley

Strong storms knocked out power to hundreds across the Miami Valley on Labor Day evening.

The majority of power outages were reported in Montgomery County, which had more than 300 Monday night. There were 108 customers without power as of 7:05 a.m., according to the Dayton Power & Light’s online outage map, with most of the outages in Logan and Shelby counties.
