Jon Smith formed his company in Palm Beach County, Fla., in the late 1980s. It’s part of the United Franchise Group family of brands.
Jon Smith Subs features premium over-stuffed subs of all-white albacore tuna, all-white breast meat chicken, authentic Italian cold cuts, and marinated grilled sirloin steak.
Springfield was the first franchise location to open outside the Florida region. Other shops are now launching in California, Nevada and Texas, as well as internationally.
