JUST ANNOUNCED: Daughtry coming back to town for summer concert

A Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum selling band with a “Cage to Rattle” is heading back to the Dayton area to rock fans.

Daughtry will perform at the Rose Music Center  on Saturday, July 6.

The band last played the venue located at 6800 Executive Blvd in Huber Heights on Aug. 15, 2018.

Tickets for this summer’s show will go on sale 11 a.m. Friday, April 19.

The band's lead singer, Chris Daughtry, rocketed to stardom after appearing on the fifth season of "American Idol."

The band’s  self-titled debut was the best-selling album of 2007.

It included four Top Twenty hit singles including the Grammy-nominated smash "It's Not Over."

Other Daughtry hits include “Go Down,” “Waiting for Superman,” “It’s not Over,” “Home,” and “Over You.”

Daughtry released their  fifth studio album “Cage To Rattle” in  2018. It includes the songs “Backbone” and “Deep End.”
