Eat food, check out nice cars, and jam out to some country music at Caesar Ford Summer Fest on Saturday, June 1.

The fun begins at Caesar Ford Park at noon, when numerous food trucks and vendors will be open to the public. The car show will also begin at that time, with awards being presented at 1:30 p.m.

WHO’S PERFORMING?

Doors for the country music festival open at 1 p.m. The music kicks off at 2:30, with Justin Bryan taking the stage. A singer/songwriter from Eaton, Ohio, Bryan is a daily performer on Broadway in Nashville, and has opened for country stars like Clint Black.

At 4:30, the Cleverly’s will hit the stage with their unique blend of comedy and country. The group has played at big events like Stagecoach and CMA Fest, and they’re bringing some fun arrangements of classic songs to Xenia.

Mo Pitney will go on at 6:30. With songs like “Country” and “I Met Merle Haggard Today,” Pitney is a young artist who is looking to bring back the classic country sound. With songs about faith, family and patriotism, he is sure to be a fan favorite at the festival.

Closing out the night will be country legend Joe Diffie. One of the most popular country singers of the 1990s, Diffie had great success on the charts, including five No. 1 hits. Instantly recognizable songs like “Pickup Man” or “John Deere Green” are enough to get any country crowd a little more rowdy. His new album, “I Got This,” is scheduled for a 2019 release, so he may even give the crowd a taste with a couple new songs when he begins his set at 8:30.

The night will end with fireworks presented by Rozzi.
