Watch: Hue Jackson explains Browns benching of DeShone Kizer

DeShone Kizer was solid for most of the afternoon, but two turnovers prompted Browns coach Hue Jackson to make a change.

Cody Kessler helped the Browns keep it manageable and force overtime, where they’d ultimately lose 12-9 to the Titans. Jackson pointed at Kizer’s turnovers as reason for the benching.

Jackson also mentioned he doesn’t want Kizer out at bars late at night, to which Kizer responded he wasn’t going to discuss his personal life.

The Browns are 0-7. Jackson is 1-22 in two seasons.
