Football recruiting: Springfield’s Isaiah Gibson has a new top 10

Springfield defensive tackle Isaiah Gibson has released his final top 10.

The three-star 2019 prospect is still considering (in alphabetical order) Georgia Tech, Indiana, Iowa State, Kentucky, Maryland. Michigan State, Minnesota, Purdue, Rutgers and Wisconsin.

Gibson previously named a top 10 in May, but that did not stop more offers from rolling in from some big-time programs.

The Yellow Jackets, Spartans and Badgers were not in the first top 10 but have offered in the past month. They replaced UC, Louisville and West Virginia.

He told this media outlet he planned to release an updated top 10 and to make his commitment public on Sept. 19.

Gibson is the No. 39 prospect in the state of Ohio according to the 247Sports Composite rankings
