Witt volleyball ranked third in nation

The Wittenberg volleyball team is ranked third in the nation in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III preseason poll.

The Tigers finished 27-5 last season and were ranked fifth in the final poll. St. Thomas and Calvin are ranked first and second. Wittenberg plays St. Thomas on Aug. 31 at Pam Evans Smith Arena in its second game of the season.
