The University of Dayton unveiled the first photos of renovations taking place at UD Arena, posting four photos to Twitter on Wednesday.

The images show seats being removed near the court. On Thursday, UD posted a video of the scoreboard above center court being taken down.

Among the upgrades coming in phase one of the three-year project are new seats in the 100 and 200 levels and a new scoreboard, a new broadcast platform and improved infrastructure.
