About Allegheny: The Gators have lost to Carnegie Mellon, Baldwin Wallace and Ohio Wesleyan. Their wins are against Pitt-Titusville, Wilmington, Geneva and Case Western. … They shot a season-best 56 percent from the field in Wednesday's 84-76 victory over Case. McLeod and Stanko each scored 18 points in that game, and Tritto played all 40 minutes and had 15 points and six assists.

About Wittenberg: The Tigers lost 85-80 at Otterbein on Tuesday. It was the first time they had scored at least 80 points and lost since the season opener last year against Indiana University East (92-84). … This is the first of six straight home games for Wittenberg. The Tigers' next road game is Jan. 7 at Oberlin. … The Tigers swept Allegheny last season for the second straight season. They have won 17 of the last 20 games in the series. Allegheny finished 5-20 last season and 3-13 in the NCAC, finishing second to last. … Wittenberg is seeking to avoid its first three-game losing streak since the 2008-09 season.
