The burgers are normally $14.95.
"We come up with something different each week," chef-owner Maria Walusis said of the specialty burger.
The Great Miami Burger is a crowd favorite.
A half pound of prime Angus reserve beef is grilled “pink” or “not pink” and served on a brioche bun and topped with a choice of blue or Ohio cheddar cheese and house pickles and pickled red onion, Walusis said.
“It’s a damn good burger,” she added. “It has this bourbon bacon jam on it that is just like crack.”

Guests have a choice between house-cut fries or butter crush greens with house herb ranch dressings.
Watermark’s vegan burgers are served on a vegan bun with vegan dijonnaise, lettuce and house pickles.
Watermark’s burgers won third place in Dayton.com 2017 Best of Dayton people’s choice contest.
Walusis and her husband, Eric opened Watermark on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017.

Aside from the restaurant, which seats up to 75, Watermark has a 32-seat private dining room and a special events space for up to 85 with a private bar and custom menus.
The couple formerly owned Nibbles restaurant. Nibbles is now the catering side of the business.
Watermark is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5 to 9 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
