That restaurant, 416 Diner, is now open until 4:30 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, owner Guy Fragmin told this news organization.

The breakfast, lunch and late-night diner — 416 Diner, 416 E. Fifth St. in Dayton’s Oregon District — started a trial run of super late nights in October and had success and fun, he said.

“I don’t think there are very many places to eat after midnight. A lot of kitchens close down,” Fragmin said. “We are not only providing a service, but we are loving it.”

The restaurant’s full menu of breakfast staples like egg dishes, bacon, sausage, sausage and biscuits, pancakes, waffles and French toast; burgers; salads, hoagies and other sandwiches and salads will be sold late-nights, he said.
